Design
Design Works for any type of power transmission projects and in the areas of Civil, Mechanics, Electrical and Telecommunications Works for Power Lines and Substations. Performed Design Works include the production of preliminary and concept design documents up to client approval, design development documents and ending up by producing the final design documents and relevant technical specifications.
For the Telecom sector we able to help clients to:
• OPGW - Design New or Upgrade existing lines with Optic Fiber incorporated in Earth Wires (OPGW)
• ADSS - Design New or Upgrade existing lines with All-Dielectric Self-Supporting Cable (ADSS), usually used in Distribution Lines,
• Design Optic Fiber Backbones.
Feasibility Studies
Prior the commencement of any project and/or investment, the client needs to assess the expected profitability or outcomes of the project.
We are specialized in preparing and type of pre-commencement studies (Feasibility Studies, Environmental Studies, etc.)
Tender Works
After the Design phase, the project will need to have the tender documents and relevant contracts. Our experts can easily produce all the required tender documents (B.O.Q, contract special and general conditions, methods of statement and all other tender forms).
We can also prepare a long and a short list of proposed bidders, run a pre-qualification process, manage tender distribution and communication and finally propose a successful Contractor.
Site Supervision
Upon the Kick-Off of the project implementation, we are ready to supervise all site and off-site activities to assure that the project will meet its main targets. The site supervision services could be offered on daily visit basis upon the client requirements or on a permanent basis through a resident team for the whole life of the project.
The site supervision works is completed partially on the job completion date and the release of Substantial Completion Certificate, and it’s finally completed on the expiration of the liability defects notification period and the release of the final take-over certificate.
Project Management
Parallel to all the above services, we can provide to our clients with a separate Project Management Services according to PMI standards (PMBOK 6th Edition).
We are committed to ensure that all ten management knowledge areas of PMI - Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resource, Communications, Risk, Procurement and Stakeholders – will be covered during the five project phases - Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control and Closing.
